At Balks Naturals, we strive to provide you with the highest quality organic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the items are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Perishable goods, such as fresh produce, dairy products, and other items with a short shelf life, are not eligible for return.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meats)
  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

1.3 How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@balksnaturals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

1.4 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2.2 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@balksnaturals.com for further assistance.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at hello@balksnaturals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

3.2 Exchange Process: If an exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement item once we have received the original defective or damaged item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return once the item arrives.
